Experience or Training
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience encompassing sales and/or marketing, and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Organized and efficient work habits with ability to prioritize.
4. Proven ability to meet and exceed high personal and organization goals, objectives and quotas.
5. Effective team player with the ability to take an assignment and run with minimal supervision.
6. Excellent computer skills, Internet and ACT experience preferred.
7. Proven ability to recognize alternative opportunities that result in additional sales.
8. Instructor Authorization as a Red Cross FA/CPR/AED Instructor must be maintained.
9. Ability to work with diverse paid staff, volunteers and clients who have diverse needs.
10. Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and with distractions.
11. Willingness to work flexible hours, as required.
12. Spanish language skills a plus.
